Actually Ok.
Ordered a city edition rockets 2021 jersey and received it quite quick for a custom jersey (6 days, they ship from the UK, and I live in Ireland). But when i received the jersey the numbers and letters were printed in the wrong font (this years city jersey font). When I contacted them their chat was not the best and took an extra day, but once I got through to email, it was surprisingly quick, They sent me a replacement jersey free of charge which took 2 weeks to arrive.

I would consider ordering again, but maybe I got lucky and got a good experience. As a few of my mates have had horrible experiences with this crowd.

5 star service. Very happy.
I ordered my hoodie on Wednesday 29th June @ 04:41 and it was delivered on Thursday 30th June @ 14:08 by express delivery. I would recommend and I would order again in the future.

Absolutely USELESS customer service
Absolutely USELESS customer service. Jerseys state “in stock” on site and I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks.

Their agents on live chat are hopeless, no apologies, no indication of when items will turn up etc…all they do is offer a refund (and given the comms so far I don’t trust them to do that).

Please use another company for NBA jerseys.

PLEASE do not use!!! Spend your money elsewhere because it’s an absolutely waste! Ordered a jersey as a present for my partner with personalisation on the back. It took 3 weeks to even be dispatched and I had to contact them to find out where my item was, apparently stuck in printing. Pointless as within an hour of wearing the product the lettering on the back was peeling away. I contacted them regarding this only to receive a poorly written response offering 10% off my next order, which I would have to contact them to be refunded the ten percent. Absolutely will not be placing another order for such poor quality items. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Awful
Awful. Just awful.

Edit: 11 days after ordering and it’s still not here. I bought this for my 4yo son ready for our holiday today. I paid for shipping to be here in time and I also paid a £1 handling fee!!!!!
Customer service is terrible, especially Drew, you get more info out of a bot. Please avoid.

Absolutely terrible!
Absolutely terrible, ridiculously bad.

I have only ordered two times from this website; each has let me wait for at least FIVE MONTHS. They also have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service: they've never replied to my emails. Those on the phone are insanely impatient and irresponsible, and I have never seen any customer service staff being this rude in my entire life.

I have never rated any place one star. As long as it provides a decent service, I would give it a five star. This place is simply way too bad. I shopped in NBA stores in the US and Asia before, and I had a good experience in both of them. Just don't know what happened to this store. It is absolutely terrible. If the NBA stores in the world are in the same system, they should definitely change the entire team here.

5 STAR!!!!!!! Faultless shopping experience
I gotta leave a review as I was a bit sceptical ordering from here for some reason and then I read the reviews afterwards and I was really worried. But after receiving my order I can honestly say top quality basketball jerseys, next to my two I already own which I bought from the Nike store I can say they are identical fabric print and fit. Can’t fault it and saved a bit of money to on the Nike store prices. Will definitely use again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Absolutely terrible. The product shipped to us had the name of the player peeling off the back of the jersey. After contacting the NBA store's support team, leaving the complaint and asking for it to be resolved, they told us they would get back within 24 hours. They never contacted us again. Do not purchase a product from them unless you want to throw your money away.

Awful company to deal with. Expected more but website is not up to date, staff don't really care about their customers and emails are just lie after lie and you get fobbed off - avoid paying their extortionate prices and buy at independent retailers who actually care about their customers

Excellent Service & Quality.
I placed an order for my partners birthday for an NBA basketball jersey. I'd never used the store before. As it was personalized it takes a little longer to dispatch (approx 5 working days).. however, I didnt realise this at first and panicked and looked on here. My heart sunk when I saw all the bad reviews and I panicked. I got in touch with their live chat and spoke to a member of their team. They assured me the jersey was set to be shipped in a few days.
As promised and as advised on my email order confirmation the basketball jersey arrived on Friday 13th May. The quality is amazing. I cant wait to see his face when he opens it tomorrow.
Great experience using NBA store.

Misleading website and Awful customer…
Misleading website and Awful customer service.
I ordered a jersey that was displayed on the site as reduced from €100 to €88. But in the cart I was charged €100.
I tried to get online support as I had noticed the issue immediately but twice was kicked out of their online chat waiting 20 minutes in the chat after being told a customer service rep was joining.
Their customer service email address is buried deep in the site to make it difficult to find and when I sent them an email they said the discount did not apply to item. If it did not apply then don’t display it as a discounted item on the site. There was absolutely no difference in the item I ordered to the item in the store displaying the discount so their explanation does not hold water. Terrible service and misleading to their customers. Avoid at all costs.

It’s not worth the hassle and extra cost to shop here
I bought a t shirt which is a loose fit but this wasn’t stated on the website and so it is too big

To return it I have to pay for a shipping label (over £5) and the refund amount stated is of course less the shipping costs to me. So I’ll be losing around £10 with this transaction on a £30 T shirt.

When using the chat on the website they make it sound like it’s your fault. I have emailed customer services to complain but didn’t get a response.

The NBA are supposed to be growing their fan base in the U.K. and Europe and a shopping experience like this will not help them do this.

Easier to fly to North America and buy it there...
I don't write reviews of any company but I created an account to express my disdain for such a shoddy, farcical operation. I ordered a jersey and they sent me the wrong one. Okay, mistakes happen. I sent it back and then they resent me... THE SAME ONE PREVIOUSLY! When I tried to return it they said because THEY had made the same mistake twice they would have to issue me with a refund rather than just giving me what I ordered... It took over A MONTH to get a resolution! A MONTH!

Why would they do that you ask? Well because I bought said item in the sale and now it's back up to full price.

It'd be much less hassle to:

- Book flights to North America
- Fill in Visa application
- Wait for Visa application
- Attend a game there
- Buy desired item(s) there
- Have two weeks sunning it up
- Fly home

And yet you still will not have received the correct order.

Snog, marry, avoid.
